Helge, a successful restaurateur, is celebrating his 60th birthday with his wife, three children and their respective partners. Notably absent from the celebrations is eldest son Christian’s twin sister, Linda. As the meal unfolds, accompanied by the necessary birthday rituals, we start to discover the dark secrets concealed by the camaraderie and mirth, that led ultimately to Linda’s untimely death.

Beautifully observed and darkly funny, this is a tale of family clinging together through love or necessity and the cataclysmic consequences of sharing a long denied truth. A fitting way to mark the 60th anniversary of our theatre group.
